Nokkos Company is the world's only company focused on the production and marketing of healthy, nettle-based foods.
Since 2019, the company has been handcrafting small batches of nettle-based kombucha flavored with berries and herbs collected from the Finnish nature in a cellar brewery in the center of Helsinki.
Among kombucha lovers, the customers' products are known as very high-quality, authentic and refreshingly good drinks.
Lari Laurikkala | CEO, Head Brewer
Throughout her career, Lari has worked with food, beverages and experiences as a chef and product developer. His passion is the products, herbs, mushrooms and roots of our wildlife that have traditionally been used as part of a healthy diet and for medicinal purposes.
Lari & Sampsa founded Nokkos Company in 2019. The recipe for the products is Lari's handwriting and he is also responsible for the procurement of raw materials and the development of production.
Sampsa Siekkinen | Head of Visual & Marketing
Sampsa is one of the founders of the Goodio chocolate factory. He was responsible for operational activities and setting up factories. During the seven years, Sampsa's tasks were largely related to branding and conquering the international market.
At Nokkos Company, branding, sales and an endless stream of big things rest on Sampsa's shoulders. The company's visual appearance is from Sampsa's pen.
Kalle Naatula | Master Brewer
Kalle has worked in wine and food for more than 15 years. Experience has been gained from, among other things, restaurants and wineries as well as the media industry. During the last five years, Kalle has carefully indulged in drinks and foods that embrace body and mind.
At Nokkos Company, Kalle works in production and product development as Lari's partner. Kalle loves to wonder and develop both products and production processes, as well as to create new things - with the aim of always creating a tiny bit better.
